As part of the European Heritage Days, our team will be present at the ‘Minett Metabolisms’ organised by SPEKTRUM in Rumelange. Between 3pm and 7pm, we’ll be preparing our famous ‘Mettwurschte vun der Heizung’, based on the original workers’ recipe for sausages cooked on the factory’s radiators.

Like so many other elements of our intangible heritage, this recipe and know-how have been passed down to us by our elders, Heng Molitor and Heng Clemens, and on this Heritage Days occasion, the younger generation will be welcoming you behind the radiators.
