A sustainable perspective for the Atelier Central!
On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, FerroForum opens the doors of the Atelier Central for a day dedicated to industrial memory, know-how and conviviality.
The day will begin at 11:00 a.m. with presentations on sustainable perspectives for the preservation and valorization of Minett’s industrial heritage. At 12:00, the Schefflenger Musek will play as a first musical highlight of the day.
Throughout the day, visitors will be able to attend demonstrations of metal casting, forging, mechanical and cutting workshops, as well as explore the archives that are kept there. Our partners, the Schmelzaarbechter Musée and Les Amis de l’histoire et du musée de la Ville d’Esch will also be present and show you their activities. There will be a selection of typical culinary specialities to chose from.
Starting at 8:00 p.m., the traditional “Feierôwend” will invite the public to extend the festivities with a dance evening animated by Luciano Pagliarini and his orchestra, followed by a retroplatinodisco with the Loon DJ’s.
>> A shuttle bus will be making return trips from the Aloyse Meyer Parking to the Atelier Central throughout the day and evening <<
