On Friday 12 April 2024, New Jam and FerroForum jointly organised a jazz/improvised music concert at the Atelier Central.
This summit of the genre fitted in perfectly with the spirit of FerroForum. Not only did the crème de la crème of ‘open’ jazz perform acoustically (trio Luciano Pagliarini, saxes; Joe Fonda, bass; Joe Hertenstein, drums), but a second part combined the sound of timpani (Pauken) with scrap metal, all piloted by Misch Feinen, none other than the initiator of FerroForum.
